Culture Transformation
• This includes assessing the current corporate components including the Corporate Strategy, Organization Design, Organization Structure, Operating Systems and Culture to develop a full understanding of how things are done!
• Developing the roadmap for transformation including the main milestones and key performance indicators adopting a people centric integrated change management approach through providing on hand experience till completing the transformation program and achieving measurable results
Digital Transformation
• Managing the transformation program by Identifying the desired state after the digital transformation and adopting Agile methodologies and tools as well as changing the corporate culture and training the employees on the new business model and tool
• Digital transformation programs include selecting and implementing ERP Systems, applying data analysis and data mining techniques to analyze data from different sources in the organization to support decision making and a lot of other strategic programs
