Due to the market expansion in the area of Talent Management Programs and LEADERSHIP Development, AB & Associates is seeking to connect with Experienced Certified Assessors with solid track record in delivering Strategy, Leadership & Transformation related programs in corporates.

The Current focus for AB & Associates is mainly for the following sectors:

  1. Banking & Finance Institutions,
  2. Pharmaceutical, Telecom,
  3. Real Estate, Government/Public Sector Companies,
  4. Fast Moving Consumer Goods Organizations.

Experience working with Executives and Senior Managers providing Mentoring and Coaching as well as running Assessment Centers for the same levels is a plus

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of instructional design models and experience designing learning content through designing or implementing learning programs.

It is essential to have experience in managing LMS platforms and instructional design tools such as Articulate 360, InDesign & Illustrator. Graphic Design experience is a plus.

The candidate’s role will be to:

  • Design learning content that tackles certain outlines and learning objectives.
  • Design e-learning content.
  • Support in setting up different virtual learning tools for the current projects.
  • Manage our LMS Platform

– Support and moderate live learning sessions and studio based sessions. – Customize learning content with the      clients and the trainers.

– Support in adding new methods, technologies and tools to uplift our value offering.

We are hiring Learning & Development coordinator who will Handle Account Management/Operations management activities for Learning & Development Projects/Accounts and manage client accounts as allocated by Head of Training Function, including:

• Running/Implementing the training/assessment plans through follow-up and coordination with the different components; Clients (coordinator and participants, Trainers and Suppliers to conclude the course to the satisfaction of the client and according to the Firm’s code of conduct.
 • Contributing to the planning and implementation of various assessment and training activities (including Assessment Centers, Training workshops and simulations).
 • Running all Thomas International website administration tasks.
 • Running & coordinating all online/virtual activities through AB Learning Management system – AB LMS.
 • Dealing with Freelance trainers/assessors and consultants for matching calendar requirements and reaching confirmations for the plan.
 • Coordinating with the company vendors including hotels/venues as well other documentation support suppliers for compiling a full plan for each client.
 • Providing support to the Trainers in compiling the training materials as well as formatting for the materials to match the requirements of the course.
 • Concluding the course needed documentation and invoicing as well as acting as the customer interface between the Firm and the client.
 • Assisting the Operations Function Head in screening/choosing and allocating trainers/assessors to assignments, communicate with them, brief them on assignment tools as well as further back office support for implementation of assignments.
 • Providing support to other coordinator in client relations, troubleshooting and coordination of major training projects as well as own training assignments.
 • Handling client concerns, queries and schedules of assignments and trainers’ availability on projects falling within the scope of responsibility.
 • Providing guidance to assessors in writing reports and editing final reports to ensure all final reporting matches the company standards.
 • Finalizing the process of closing/billing of projects.
