Certified Assessor

Due to the market expansion in the area of Talent Management Programs and LEADERSHIP Development, AB & Associates is seeking to connect with Experienced Certified Assessors with solid track record in delivering Strategy, Leadership & Transformation related programs in corporates.
The Current focus for AB & Associates is mainly for the following sectors:
- Banking & Finance Institutions,
- Pharmaceutical, Telecom,
- Real Estate, Government/Public Sector Companies,
- Fast Moving Consumer Goods Organizations.

Experience working with Executives and Senior Managers providing Mentoring and Coaching as well as running Assessment Centers for the same levels is a plus

Instructional Designer

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of instructional design models and experience designing learning content through designing or implementing learning programs.
It is essential to have experience in managing LMS platforms and instructional design tools such as Articulate 360, InDesign & Illustrator. Graphic Design experience is a plus.
The candidate’s role will be to:
 - Design learning content that tackles certain outlines and learning objectives.
 - Design e-learning content.
 - Support in setting up different virtual learning tools for the current projects.
 - Manage our LMS Platform
 - Support and moderate live learning sessions and studio based sessions.
 - Customize learning content with the clients and the trainers.
 - Support in adding new methods, technologies and tools to uplift our value offering.

Senior Learning & Development Specialist
  • Managing challenging and key client relationships and ensuring their continuous satisfaction.
  • Design technical proposals for the key clients making sure they meet their needs.
  • Review and edit existing learning material and ensure it meets the current needs.
  • Assign and Delegate tasks, duties, and responsibilities to the L&D coordinators.
  • Coach, monitor, and evaluate the L&D coordinators.
  • Develop reporting and evaluation templates for the assessment of training facilitators and training programs.
  • Support the resourcing team in selecting new trainers.
  • Support the BD team to generate indirect leads
  • Handle all handovers to trainers to ensure standardization and quality of the program.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and metrics to measure knowledge transfer and performance improvement.
  • Contribute to setting department priorities and strategy with the support of the department manager.
  • Contribute in managing and tracking program plans and budgets and make sure it’s aligned with the agreed-on goals and available resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs.
Corporate Trainers

Due to the market expansion in the area of Talent Management Programs and LEADERSHIP Development, with projects in Egypt, AB & Associates is seeking to connect with Experienced Trainers/Leadership Coaches with solid track record in delivering Strategy, Leadership & Transformation related programs in corporates.

The Current focus for AB & Associates is mainly for the following sectors:
