Job Description:

- Support the Horizontal Growth of AB Client Base,

- Identify new potential prospects in various sectors for the Company,

- Work on gathering client development needs and information,

- Present solutions for development/training building on the Firm’s tool kits,

- Formulate and develop proposals for new accounts/projects,

- Contribute to the Marketing Intelligence effort of the Firm,

- Contribute to the Marketing and Visibility efforts of the Firm,

- Contribute to the achievement of the Business Development objectives,

- Work closely with the different internal departments for proper introductions, briefings and maintaining a proper Firm image,

- Success of an accounts officer is, in most environments, determined by a quota set by the Business Development manager

Job Qualification:

- University Degree – Preferably Business Administration/Management,

- Recommended to have not less than 2 years of corporate sales Experience,

- Fluent in English writing and spoken,

- Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office Applications),

- Excellent selling and presentation skills,

- Ability to communicate and gain the trust of others,

- Self-motivated and able to thrive within a high-pressure, quota-driven environments,

- Owns a car for work transportation,

- Age 25-28

Job Description:

-  Perform all tasks related to the management of training Operational activities for Clients

- Build long Term business relation with key accounts Clients

- To coordinate counsels Clients

- Serve as Customer Service representatives

- Satisfying & achieving the scheduled & Potential Projects by year end.

Job Qualification:

- Preferably business graduate from commerce

- Previous Sales experience

- Understanding of Training operation

- Age 21-25

- With 7+ years experience in professional Corporate training strategy, Leadership, Management,  Change Management, Supervisory Skills , Coaching, Quality Management ,Supply chain, Marketing & Sales

- Age: 35+

- Fluent in English

- TOT & MBA is a plus

AB& Associates is currently seeking to hire Freelance Assessors to join our team. The primary purpose of the role is to conduct Competency based Assessment Centers requested by our clients to help them in Talent Management, Succession Planning by recruiting and promoting the right calibers

Job Qualification:

- Age: 30+

- Excellent report writing skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Exceptional time management and organisational skills

- Assessment Certification is a plus (SHL, Profiles, Thomas, AC-EXS, A&DC)

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a high performing team

- High level of communication skills with the ability to consult and provide advice

- Ability to assess barriers and negotiate appropriate solutions to meet the needs of clients

- Intermediate to advances skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with good keyboard skills
