BUILDING DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES For major client partner, we have assisted in building their in-house development initiatives and systems. This had various forms of programs including:

  • Management Academy Consulting:
    This included working on the horizontal management layers in the organization by linking the competence sets and matrices to the Leadership and Management calibers in the organization. With very clearly defined Learning Paths per management layer, these Academies proved to be a great system to enhancing and building the management calibers in any major organization. Management Academies have also been aligned to group and holding companies’ leadership and management requirements. Similar projects have been highly appreciated with clients including National Bank of Egypt, Mobinil, Savola, Exceed among many others.
  • Sales Academy Consulting: 
    This Academy is vertically focused on the Sales & Marketing function for major players with big sales forces and high expansion movements. This is basically based on building career paths for the Sales force on different levels and channels. The Academy represents the development requirement for fresh comers in the function (from inception/orientation/induction) to strategy alignment and training for Sales & Marketing Directors. This is designed based on a mix of internal and external programs (modules) with the right content, timing and sequence with almost 60% of the modules run through an internal trainers program capitalizing on the knowhow and skills compiled and developed through the function. Highly successful projects in this specialization include Kraft Foods and Henkel.
  • Talent Management Programs: 
    AB has also contributed and consulted on building many Talent Management programs on management levels as well as all over the organization with clients like BanqueMisr, Lafarge, Schneider Electric, Vodafone among many others. This included the strategy, objectives and the mechanism of Attracting/Identifying Talent, Development, Assessment and Retention. Talent Management is a booming area of interest for major companies aiming at enhancing their sustainability as well as their profitability.
